2 Houston hotels relax with new rooftop yoga and wine sessions

Given the current state of the world, we could be forgiven for needing a little stress relief and relaxation. So the timing is perfect for two Houston hotels to offer a chance to stretch out with yoga classes — complete with wine glasses — this weekend.

The first is the Vino Vinyasa Yoga class at the Hilton Americas-Houston on the Skyline Terrace which runs from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11. Participants will work on their best vinyasa-based yoga poses and positions, while enjoying stunning views of downtown with a glass of wine.

For even more freshness, opt for a free CBD supplement at any spa service at the hotel’s Skyline Spa. Classes are $30 and include a take-home gift; Register here.

Sunday, the Bloom Hotel Houstonwhich has just been named one of the hottest in the United States, will host its first Yoga & Bubbles event in partnership with Tasc Performance and TruFusion Houston from 10 a.m. to noon. Attendees will be invited to take part in a 45-minute yoga session while overlooking the city skyline from the rooftop of the hotel.

After class, guests can shop in the Tasc Performance pop-up store while enjoying a glass of bubbly, indulgent bites. Visitors must bring their own mats; free self-parking will be provided. Tickets are $35.
