Arlington County Fair. The fair opens this week and lots of fun events are planned (Wednesday-Sunday, free admission, Arlington). Besides the carnival rides, some highlights of this year include the fair opening ceremonies (Sea, free), a new night market with local vendors (Thursday, free), a bingo game (Fri, free)and goat yoga (Sat and Sun, $40)
