Chandra Namaskar Method – First of all, stand on the ground with a mat and place your hands in front of your chest in the posture of salutation facing the moon. After that, you open your hands while breathing and move them back and forth, look at the sky in the same order. Now try to touch the ground so that the hands are out of breath and the head is as close to the knee as possible. After that, move the left leg back and now move the right knee forward. Your eyes should be turned to the sky. Now you move the hands back into a salute pose, raise your chin and stretch your hands while stretching the body and inhale, then lower both your hands as you exhale and return to the old position while pulling the leg straight back. Then move the middle part of the body up then stop down.

After that, touch hands, feet, knees, head and chest, all organs to the floor and stay in this position for some time. Now try to straighten the hands while breathing and lifting the chest and looking at the sky. After that, apply floor media while exhaling and lift the hand between the body and keep the head down, then touch the chin with the throat. Then breathe in and bring the left leg and both hands to the middle. Now keep the waist down and roll the neck back. After that, bring the hands in front of the chest again in a salute pose, then step back, lift your chin and pull your back and head back while pulling your hands skyward.

Now tilt your hand from back to front. Next, try to touch the ground and move the head towards the knee, then lift the open hands forward, drawing the breaths inward and moving backwards. Now look at the sky with your back turned. Finally, move the hands in front of the chest in a moon salutation pose.
